VURA DenStone800
VURA DenStone 800 is a penetrating impregnating hardener with lithium treatment for natural stone, marble, terrazzo and polished concrete surfaces which has been ground and polished upto 800 grits. This reduces alkalinity (efflorescence), improves adhesion and reducing dusting. Used during the production (grinding and polishing) of marbles, natural stones, concrete or terrazzo surfaces. VURA DenStone 800 is designed to enhance the process, making it easier to reprofile as well as reduce costly wear and damage to diamond abrasives.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Penetrates and seals new and existing marble, natural stones, terrazzo and concrete
- Improves chemical and water resistance
- Deepens clarity and heightens gloss
- Increase abrasion resistance
- Reduces alkalinity / efflorescence
- Easy to use and maintain
- Interior and exterior use
- User friendly, non-whitening
- Environmentally friendly, water based formula
- VOC compliant

Usage Guide
For the treatment of polished absorbent marble and natural stone e.g. slate, marble, limestone, sandstone, granite, travertine etc.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Clean the surface to remove any dirt, laitance, curing compound
- Surface should be sound, clean and free of waxes, dirt and coatings
- Apply only when temperatures will be above 2o C for atleast 4 hrs. following application
- Do not use citrus or acidic cleaners
APPLICATION
- VURA DenStone 800 may be applied immediately after 800 grit polish is over
- Spray VURA DenStone 800 evenly on the surface. Spread out any pools with a soft bristle broom or a flat microfiber pad
- Keep surface wet for atleast 20 minutes, adding more material where needed in order to maintain a uniformly wet surface
- After material has penetrated and is no longer wet on the surface, continue grinding and polishing to the intended final surface profile and desired finish
Description
VURA Oxi 7010
Vura Oxi 7010 is two components, epoxy base, gel form, solvent-free, thixotropic paste to fill and to firmly glue marble, stone, granite, quartz and ceramic. Suitable for outdoor and indoor application with low yellowing. it is soft and light with high gloss and brightness
CHARACTERISTICS
- Very neutral colour & easy to spread
- Low VOC content
- Very low tendency to yellow
- High creeping strength due to gel-like consistency
- Easy dosing and mixing by use
- Weather-resistant bonding
- Good dimensional stability of the bonding layer
- Low tendency to fatigue
- Good adhesion on slightly humid stones
- Very low shrinkage during the hardening process and therefore low tensions in the bonding layer
- Very good alkali-stability, thus the adhesive is very well suited to bond concrete
- Excellently suited for bonding gas-impermeable materials as it is a solvent-free product
Usage Guide
MIXING & APPLICATION
Vura Oxi 7010is mainly used in the stone-working industry for the weather-resistant bonding and glueing of natural stone (marble, granite), Artificial stone or building materials (terrazzo, concrete).
The two parts ie. glue and hardener must be kept on the original cans/tins. Thoroughly clean and slightly roughen surfaces to be bonded. Thoroughly mix 2 parts (A+B) (by weight) of component A with 1 part (by weight) of component B until a homogeneous mix is achieved.
Avoid the use of plastic made of PVC, do use only plastic resistant to corrosive liquids. Take out from the two containers A and B the required amounts indicated in weight, of the two components. Mix very well the 2 parts A+B and proceed to use. During the mixing use clean tools. Ensure that the marble to be treated with the resin is completely dry and clean.
By means of the application of high- quality raw materials it was possible to develop a system which hardly yellows. Because of its gel-like consistency the product has a high creeping strength on vertical surfaces. It is nevertheless possible to attain thin adhesive joints. Other materials can also be glued with Oxi 7010, e.g. paper, wood, glass and many other materials.
we suggest to verify the ratio every time. To clean the tools, we suggest to use aromatic and light solvent, The hardening process is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold.
