VURA PoliMast G
VURA PoliMast G is a Soft Gel product based on unsaturated polyester resins, suitable to glue
and fix marbles, onyx and stone in vertical surfaces. The hard product is well dry, polishable and
sandable in a very short time. The product has low shrinkage, good adhesion in many stones. Low
styrene content.

FIELD OF APPLICATION
VURA PoliMast G is mainly used in stone processing industry for filling and bonding natural and artificial stones. Due to its creamy-soft consistency the product is suite to fill larger areas especially on vertical surfaces
Usage Guide
SURFACE PREPARATION
- The surface to be treated must be clean, completely dry and slightly roughened.
- Coloring is possible by adding VURA UniColor Tint up to max 5 %.
- Dilution is not possible.
MIXING
- Take the necessary quantity of PoliMast G from the container and add 2-3 part of Hardener B (Paste) in 100 part of PoliMast G.
- Mix both components thoroughly. The mixture can be worked for about 3-5 minutes (25°C)
- After 20-30 minutes the treated parts can be further processed and transported.
- The hardening process is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold.
- An excess of color may influence the final characteristics of the glue.
- Tools can be cleaned with thinner or mineral spirit.
- Keep the tins closed after usage. Keep the glue and the catalyst away from the sunlight.
