VURA DenStone200
VURA DenStone 200 is a Nano lithium chemistry based densifier and marble hardener that penetrates into the marble and reacts with the marble to form compounds which expand and fill the pores in the stone. Not only reduce the porosity but also leads to enhanced shine and longevity of polish.
Densification makes the marble harder and denser. It is colorless liquid increase the stone strength and provides high gloss finish. It is lithium chemistry for marble, natural stones, terrazzo and concrete.

Usage Guide
For the treatment of ground and polished absorbent marble, natural stone, slate, limestone, sandstone, granite, travertine etc.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Clean the surface to remove any dirt, laitance, curing compound and surface coating
- Surface should be sound, clean and free of waxes, dirt and coatings
APPLICATION
- To prepare the surface for application first grind the stone with the abrasives
- Wash the floor with Floor cleaner & make sure it’s completely dry before starting application
- Cover adjoining fabric, plastic or parquet floors. Protect furniture from splashes
- Pour onto the surface and spread it evenly for ease of absorption
- Wait for each coat to be completely absorbed before applying the next coat
- For maximum effect do 5 to 6 applications. Stop applying when the stone no longer absorbs
- Wait at minimum of 24 hours after the last coat and then use the abrasives
- Apply 2-3 additional coats for best results
- Finish the polishing process

VURA Oxi 7010
Vura Oxi 7010 is two components, epoxy base, gel form, solvent-free, thixotropic paste to fill and to firmly glue marble, stone, granite, quartz and ceramic. Suitable for outdoor and indoor application with low yellowing. it is soft and light with high gloss and brightness
CHARACTERISTICS

Usage Guide
MIXING & APPLICATION
Vura Oxi 7010is mainly used in the stone-working industry for the weather-resistant bonding and glueing of natural stone (marble, granite), Artificial stone or building materials (terrazzo, concrete).
The two parts ie. glue and hardener must be kept on the original cans/tins. Thoroughly clean and slightly roughen surfaces to be bonded. Thoroughly mix 2 parts (A+B) (by weight) of component A with 1 part (by weight) of component B until a homogeneous mix is achieved.
Avoid the use of plastic made of PVC, do use only plastic resistant to corrosive liquids. Take out from the two containers A and B the required amounts indicated in weight, of the two components. Mix very well the 2 parts A+B and proceed to use. During the mixing use clean tools. Ensure that the marble to be treated with the resin is completely dry and clean.
By means of the application of high- quality raw materials it was possible to develop a system which hardly yellows. Because of its gel-like consistency the product has a high creeping strength on vertical surfaces. It is nevertheless possible to attain thin adhesive joints. Other materials can also be glued with Oxi 7010, e.g. paper, wood, glass and many other materials.
we suggest to verify the ratio every time. To clean the tools, we suggest to use aromatic and light solvent, The hardening process is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold.
