VURA Polifill L
VURA PoliFill-L is a water clear liquid, low viscous 2 component product based on UV-stabilized, unsaturated premium polyester resins. It is used for gluing and filling clear white marbles like Carrara and similar stones, also for filling the travertines and similar stones. Very stable to sunlight. It has a very low shrinkage. At low temperature, it has good reactivity.

APPLICATION AREAS
VURA PoliFill-L is mainly used in stone processing industry for strengthening of larger areas of light or white, transparent- crystalline natural stones e.g. Thassos, Carrara, Onyx etc.. Due to its low viscosity, liquid and colourless-transparent appearance, bonding can be made which maintain the stereoscopic structure of the stone.
By adding little quantity of Polyester color paste a similar look like natural stone can be achieved.
Granite, Marbles, Tiles, Sandstones, Cementitious tiles. Walls, floors, Tile on tile applications, Dry areas, worktops.
Usage Guide
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface to be treated must be clean, completely dry and roughened. It should be free of moisture, dirt, oil and grease etc. Colouring is possible by adding Polyester colouring pastes up to max 5%.
APPLICATION METHOD
Use gloves during application. Ensure proper and thorough mixing of resin (Part A) and hardener (Part B) before applying. The mixture can be worked for approx. 15-20 minutes (23° C). Do not allow excess material to dry on surface. After approx. 6-8 hours the treated parts can be exposed to strain, after 12 hours approx. they can be further processed (grinding, milling, drilling). The hardening process is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold. Tools can be cleaned with thinner or mineral spirit.

VURA Oxi 7010
Vura Oxi 7010 is two components, epoxy base, gel form, solvent-free, thixotropic paste to fill and to firmly glue marble, stone, granite, quartz and ceramic. Suitable for outdoor and indoor application with low yellowing. it is soft and light with high gloss and brightness

Usage Guide
MIXING & APPLICATION
Vura Oxi 7010is mainly used in the stone-working industry for the weather-resistant bonding and glueing of natural stone (marble, granite), Artificial stone or building materials (terrazzo, concrete).
The two parts ie. glue and hardener must be kept on the original cans/tins. Thoroughly clean and slightly roughen surfaces to be bonded. Thoroughly mix 2 parts (A+B) (by weight) of component A with 1 part (by weight) of component B until a homogeneous mix is achieved.
Avoid the use of plastic made of PVC, do use only plastic resistant to corrosive liquids. Take out from the two containers A and B the required amounts indicated in weight, of the two components. Mix very well the 2 parts A+B and proceed to use. During the mixing use clean tools. Ensure that the marble to be treated with the resin is completely dry and clean.
By means of the application of high- quality raw materials it was possible to develop a system which hardly yellows. Because of its gel-like consistency the product has a high creeping strength on vertical surfaces. It is nevertheless possible to attain thin adhesive joints. Other materials can also be glued with Oxi 7010, e.g. paper, wood, glass and many other materials.
we suggest to verify the ratio every time. To clean the tools, we suggest to use aromatic and light solvent, The hardening process is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold.
