VURA SanStone

VURA SanStone is a ready-to-use water-based impregnating sealer for natural stones. It is a high quality and economical water repellence system for mineral and alkaline substrates. It does not changes the appearance of the substrate & gives a long lasting protection.

PREPARATION OF A SAMPLE AREA

Surface temperature should be between 10° C to 35° C and surface should be clean and free of dirt, waxes, and protective coatings. Ensure that the area is well ventilated, and the surface is dry. Before starting we recommend preparing a sample area of 1-2m² to examine the efficiency of the impregnation.

Usage Guide

SURFACE PREPARATION
- Surface should be dry and free from all debris, dirt, oil, grease, wax and all other contamination which could prevent penetration
- Clean the saturated dirt of surface by thorough wire brushing, cleaning with compressed air followed by water washing
- Degrease oil & grease by using appropriate solvents
- Allow the surface to dry completely before the application
- Protect adjacent areas that are not to be treated. Since this is an impregnating product
- Seal the cracks using appropriate suitable products

APPLICATION
- Apply one liberal coat of VURA SanStone by brushing / spraying evenly on the prepared surface
- Apply second coat wet on wet, to improve the penetration rate & performance
- Allow it to dry for 24 hrs.
- After usage, close the tins well sealed
